Children in Need 17.11.23

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As you may already know, this week is this year’s BBC Children in Need Appeal Week. John Fletcher of Madeley Primary School is excited to be joining with many others around the UK to help raise awareness.

Children are welcome to come to school on Friday 17^th November in their own clothes.

Due to the cost-of-living crisis, parents are not expected to contribute but if you would like to donate, you can do so here;

Welcome to Year 3 with Mr Baker and Mrs Lawman-Smith!

We have added our Curriculum Web for this half term below. Please note that PE days are on Wednesday and Thursday – children need to come to school wearing their school PE kits and trainers.

Learning Beyond the School Day

We are going to have a BRILLIANT year together, packed with exciting new learning and tons of fun.

Our learning in Year 3 begins with an awesome History topic, all about the Stone Age. We love to be creative in our year group, so you can expect to be making models, carrying out incredible Science experiments, doing drama activities and making some mind-blowing music!
